While players will take all these publicly decisions, they will also make secret decisions in camera. As president, players will have at their disposal assassins, lobbyists and hackers. They can accomplish their missions assigned by legal or illegal means. The President will have to carefully build his firm and ghost firm if they wish to succeed.

Players must succeed on both sides to maintain a high approval rate. A good approval rating will help players reach the main goal of the game: to ratify amendment 28 to the United States Constitution. This will give the President immunity for life after the end of his term.
